Accepted Answer

Just contact us before your return date. If the equipment is not booked for another job, we can extend your rental at the same rate.

Question 13

Do I need insurance to rent equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most contractors use their General Liability or Inland Marine policy to cover rented equipment. If you don't have coverage, we offer a Rental Damage Waiver option.

Question 14

What is the Rental Damage Waiver, and what does it cover?

Accepted Answer

The Rental Damage Waiver is an optional protection plan that covers accidental damage to the equipment during the rental period. It does not replace liability insurance but protects you from unexpected repair costs.

Question 15

What happens if equipment gets damaged during my rental?

Accepted Answer

If you selected the Damage Waiver, accidental damage may be covered. If not, your company's insurance typically covers repairs. We provide full documentation for claims.

Question 16

Is training provided on how to operate the Equipter or Trash Rocket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upon delivery, we give hands-on training so your crew knows how to operate the equipment safely and efficiently. We also provide quick-start guides.

No special license is required to operate the Equipter 4000 or Trash Rocket. Any experienced roofing or construction worker can use them after basic instruction.

Question 18

Can I use the equipment in tight or hard-to-reach jobsites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our equipment is designed for tight alleys, backyards, HOA communities, townhomes, and limited-access projects. We specialize in difficult roofs where traditional trucks or trailers don't fit.

Question 19

How much space is required for delivery and pickup?

Accepted Answer

The Equipter and Trash Rocket require minimal space for access. As long as a pickup truck can enter, we can deliver. For tight-access jobs, call us—we've seen every type of site and can offer creative solutions.

Question 20

Accepted Answer

Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before delivery. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small charge due to scheduling and transportation costs.
